Oh, you forgot to mention a split hood and aprons.
I must come clean Johnny, it's not that rare as it's not a true oem 25 bib and bars. It's a early '70's bib and some hollow steel tubing with nuts welded inside the ends with screws holding them onto the bib. The 25 bibs are rare, spendy, and should be reserved for a real FJ25 resto.JohnnyC - you can't just have something thats alil rare...you need to go full out rare LOL![]()
So true, so true...Cruiser_Nerd - Another wannabe............ ;p And where's the old style running boards?
Thanks for the historical reference and it makes sense. HJ37 it is! Now I have to change my license platesThere were like a dozen models in the pre-40 series. We'll try this for a wheelbase comparison:
FJ21 & 27 = 2WD
FJ25 = FJ40 90"
FJ24 = FJ28 = FJ43 95"
FJ35 = FJ45LV (45 SWB) 104" (Gene's Rig)
As far as I know there wasn't a 116" wheelbase. So maybe:
FJ37 ~ FJ45LPB = FJ47 ?????
How about HJ37?![]()
