HJ at champion

There was a HJ60 towed into champion. From the way it appears it seems to be a conversion/transplant/something. No hood, no headlights, engine incomplete. I didn't take long to look because it was raining but I think it has a 5 speed. Its tan with an arb in the front and some form of bumper with tire carrier on the rear with an OME lift. Anyone know the owner? I'd like to know what its there for.

is it in there for wiring? i had a guy call a few weeks ago wanting us to rewire a diesel converted rig but he wanted it done asap and we were booked.

Yeah the wiring is a mess, I checked the name plate today its definitely a conversion its labeled FJ60. Other than the conversion not being complete its a really clean truck.
