Possibly air in the main high pressure fuel lines (to the injectors) somehow? Hook everything back up, crack these lines at the injectors, put a towel over the six of them that will soon be covered in diesel fuel, turn the key to start position for about 20-30 seconds. It will not start, this will simply bleed the air out of those lines. Tighten the lines (not too tight, not too loose). Start the truck. As soon as it catches throttle it to at least 2000-2500 rpms for about 5-10 seconds then iIt should return to a normal idle. Then, check around the injectors for leaks. Use air to blow out any residual fuel (careful for your eyes) and if any develops - even with engine running - crack fuel line again and reseal. Do Not simply retighten, loosen again then tighten until leak is gone...
Hope all this helps and good luck with it. My canadian spec HJ60 had the sedementer / water seperator / filter on the frame. Also had an idiot light on the dash temming me when there was water in it. There has got to be something comperable on your 60 because they all have water seperators I believe...
The only other thing it could be is perhaps the low oil pressure cut off but if no fuel is coming from when you bleed it it makes me think you have a air leak somewhere in the fuel line -- or something clogging it somewhere. But I would check the basics first, might be an actual running problem like air in the HP fuel lines... Hope it helps
