I am interested in history, which ever way it goes. I do not assume anyone is so inclined, but who knows. In this case, it's automotive history, no surprise on this site, huh!.
I found that the name 'Landcruiser' is not limited to Toyota. Studebaker made cars with the same name between 1934 and 1954. Included here is a picture of a 1947 model.
All this info is available online. And no it has nothing to do with Toyotas, i just found it interesting.
