Any suggestions?

Need more charging for multiple batteries.

The big benefit of the Mean Green is that while it's a High Max Output, it also has about 90-100 amps of output at idle....that's key.

Check your local Yellow Pages and see if there's any Starter/alternator shops in your area....give them a ring and see about getting yours re-wound for better output (max and at idle).

One thing I've seen with the big stereos is putting two alternators on your engine. If you are good at fabrication and have the room you can put them on. Then you can have upto and over 200 amps.

I've been wondering about the difficulty of having a bracket made to take Chevy alts. Gotta change mine next week so I guess I'll ponder that one some more then.

Does running 2 alts interfere with each other in some way? I could do without the smog pump :D
