8300k HID on my LC. Wow! What a difference in lighting. It omits white/blue beam and I have noticed lanes and road signs illuminate much better than halogen.
Also the light itself runs cooler than the halogen.

Mecca Tune is a company name who sells the HID kit to me via ebay.
You can go with other companies but make sure ballast and bulbs are made by reputable brands. Mine is Hella ballast with Philips bulbs. It came with everything you need to install this. Ballasts, bulbs, ballast holders, wiring with relay and fuse, instruction. Very impressed with their package. I paid 359.00 plus shipping but it was worth it compare to others out there with cheap ballasts and bulbs for 200.00.

So the $350 was for just the conversion for one set of bulbs? Wouldn't you need to get one set for the brights and one for the dims? ???

You can get the kit for both high and low but it is costly. I hardly use the high beam, so I just got the low beam ones.
