Yes it is.

Well I have a hi lift that I bought 30 years ago, granted it gets used seldom but its still working great. Not sure if the farm will be that good after that many birthdays.

Either Hi-lift (American) or Jackall (Canadian) are high quality and well worth the price (which is very reasonable, considering).
No-name farm units are made in asia (china, taiwan etc) and have very poor quality control on their materials, heat treating and fabrication. This is how they can make them, ship them half way around the world, allow 100% wholesale and retail markup and still only cost half of the real thing.
Put it this way, is your rigs safety, not to mention yours or someone elses, worth the few dollars you save????

A friend of mine had a HF Jack, which I believe is very similar to the one in your link. I used it once and gave him my spare Hi-Lift on the promise he would torch the HF Jack up and throw it away.

Euros or dollars, let's all be just be safe so we can enjoy playing in our cruisers for a long, long time!!!

Yes, worth the extra $$$. It's not worth saving the difference.

another for Name Brand and practice using same. I've used mine twice, and both da 60's gottem: necessary equipment AFAIC, along w/gloves, jumper cables, tow strap, flashlight x2, and small toolkit. And an atlas of my state.

I cringe when I see off-brands in my (varying) work tool-box. Tempted to break 'em, just cuz, will absolutely refuse an order to use them, and shall cite personal safety.
