Hi,
I was intro'd to your website by a guy I have wheeled with a couple times, Ron Fetter (he's got "IH8MUD.COM" on the back of his 4Runner) . I know he comes here but not sure what his handle is here.
Anyway, I have an '04 Tacoma DoubleCab SR5 that is pretty much all stock right now. It should be getting lifted "3 within a couple weeks followed by some new rubber in 265/75/16 after a while. . My previous Toys were a '91 4Runner and a '89 XtraCab both with 22REs & 5 speeds.
I live in Bay City Michigan. I am a current member of Great Lakes Four Wheel Drive Assoc. and will more than likely join up with Great Lakes Land Cruisers this Summer. I really don't hate mud as you can tell by the pic.

welcome...pushed into the appropriate tech corner, may as well get "credit" for your intro ;)

I've done some UP runs before, the MUD is unavoidable....lol

I was going to buy an '87 LC. Original owner with 80k a few years back. I sold my '89 XtraCab and soon found out it was gone. GRRR! It was that lovely gold/bronze  in very nice shape. I was then distracted by a WRX for a few years. Fun car but not very trail-worthy.

I like the new FJ Cruisers but it would take some getting used to with the way the windshield is setup.

welcome aboard :flipoff2:

Hey timber!
Yea, must be from hanging out with all those Cruisers at the snow run I did last month. Had a blast. I even managed to talk one of the guys at Autoweek magazine into bringing their long-term FJ Cruiser along. There are some pics up at GL4x4.

Are you a member of GLLC?

I was when they formed. Too far to be a regular member, but I still keep in touch.
