I had a guy hired that was coming from England. Spoke with him several times on the phone, lots of E mails. His younger sister got very ill with some type of cancer and it hit him hard. Next thing I know he is gone, phone service turned off and does not respond to E-mails. Very odd indeed. It is discouraging on a good day.
Not being able to find help is why I went with an addition to the current shop rather than a second bigger building. No sense in a big building for me to wander around in alone. The hardest part are all the prospective customers I turn away on a regular basis because I already have 15 Swap/builds on the schedule.
