Anyone happen to know where I can find the part numbers to the shims on the idler shaft and output shaft? I know they come in different sizes, parts guy was no help. It's off of a 95 USA version.

You want 36231K and 36221D from that sheet, which are parts listed as "WASHER, PLATE" and come in various thicknesses. Whether most of those thicknesses are still available as an orderable part is another matter, but that's the part you're after. Also note I've seen two different shims stacked next to each other to get a desired thickness in a factory box, so that's an option/done thing too.
