Just wanted to drop a line to everyone on here and say hi. I frequent mud but never posted on here. Have been feeling like I drive the only 60 in the west valley lately! I think I have seen 2 or 3 since I bought mine last year. As soon as my rig is trail worthy I would like to meet up with some of you guys. New to land cruisers but have learned alot so far thanks to forums like this one.:beer:

There are plenty of 60's around. It's a great truck. It is like an extended 40 with a bit more comfort. It is the under-appreciated LC. The long wheelbase has advantages in many places, as 80 owners know well. It is a truck that will serve you well.
A word of warning; Take good care of this rig. You may find that you will want to keep it until you are too old to climb into it! LC's are that good. They are keepers!
 
What part of the west valley are you in? I agree, I used to see quite a few 60's around here, not so much anymore. I know there are two 60's and Scouts 62 within a square mile radius of me. I'm off 59th & Peoria.
 
67th and Peoria. am I one of the 60's? if not that makes 3 I guess. will always take good care of my 60. i have wanted one for a very long time and have already fixed/ improved alot of things.

Nope, I have not seen your's before. The 60's I've seen are the beige color. One is lifted and he is north of cactus west of 51st. The second is right down the street from me, beige with a winch.
