Hi everyone, just wanted to see who if anyone is from the Harrisburg Pa area.I have an 07' FJCruiser now (had an 02 tacoma and an 86 pickup) fairly new to off roading and just wanted to introduce myself and see who is out there.I am looking to make my truck a bit more worthy of its land Cruiser heritage..lol so i will be adding a small lift, sliders, skids and of course tires and probably rims and just wanted to bounce some ideas off some people and get into some wheelin soon. Thanks

Hey am in the Lancaster area, welcome to the group!
Maybe we will see you wheeling at an upcoming event at Rausch Creek!

I have a '78 FJ40.

There are 2 fellas here that have nicely built fj cruisers. I'm sure they can point you in the right direction as to what you will need to protect that new rig from the rocks.

Welcome.

Hey Kevin, glad you made it over here. Let me know if you need any help, since I am right over the mountain.

I wheeled with Kevin back in college when we both had Tacomas, good guy.

I work in Harrisburg, live south of Carlisle. Welcome aboard!

Hello Kev,
I live in E-Town, but work in Harrisburg and drive around alot...
Always nice to have another Fjc :steer: in the group.

I daily drive mine everywhere...you might see it around.
I am more than willing to give you my take on whats avaiable for the Fjc.
Send me a PM if needed..

Hiya Kev,
Matt is the one to point you in the right direction. Mine is moderate and his is hard core (but still very streetable). I only made it over to wheel about 4 times this year. You'll be amazed what the FJC is capable of. I'm about 2 hours west of HB. Hope to see you on the trails soon!

hey thanks for the replies guys and i cant wait to check out those fjc's out there. i hope to try to get out on a trail run soon, nothing too crazy but i want to have a little fun with my new-ish truck(had it a year so far with no mods:frown:)but as money and time allow i will start slowly getting this silver beast built..lol...tires first

oh and Jtaco..my taco was bone stock when we went wheelin and you showed me what i could do with it..and we had a BLAST..but the dark green paint was never the same after that..lol thats why the FJC is silver ..haha

Thanks people,
