I would not go this route. These RMR guys bought this exact same LC in BAT back in August and paid $122k. Lord knows how much they are asking for it now 5 months later. Better just bid yourself and buy it from the seller. I will never understand these guys' business model. Can't imagine any other dealer sitting in a car for 6 months long and not bother.

I would not go this route.

I'd expect if the OP is looking for a delivery mile Heritage, they are understanding of the cost of entry.
