Yup. It'll just be a loose plug likely. My BJ70 cycles about an hour on and an hour off. Never bothered me enough to pull the dozen screws and have a look.

Moose: Almost every JDM that I've seen, including mine, had at least a couple of dash bulbs burned out. The climate control one is a single small peanut behind the plastic face of the climate control. There's a clear plastic piece that covers the bulb and spreads the light out over the face...be careful not to break that. I believe G&S's website has info on part numbers for the bulb, and if you do a search, I've explained in detail how to get to it for someone before.
Oh, and I've found that when my bulbs have become intermittent, it usually means that the filament is loose and making occassional connection, and is on the way out. Cheers.

I thought it was just a stereo type that everyone in BC (or the west coast of north america) is in to special cigarettes

It is... I haven't touched the stuff for years, ever since my asthma got really bad. It's not cool to be sucking on your puffers more often than the doobie.
Besides, it doesn't really affect me all that much (in terms of desired effect, anyway).What isn't a stereotype is that we grow the best stuff around here. I attended my first year of university in NY and made friends with a bunch of Jamaican guys there...their stuff is SOOO weak, no wonder they roll them up into huge cigars!
I should have brought some BC Bud for them to try but there was no way I was going to bring a little across the border. The last thing I needed was a cavity search because a few Jamaicans wanted to get stoned.
