As many of you know Red Hills along with Appalachia Cruisers in East Tennessee are the primary sponsors for the annual “70 Series Meet & Greet /
ALS Charity Ride” at Windrock Park in Oliver Springs, TN.
We would like to do something locally to raise money prior to the event that could also be donated to the ALS.
We need any and all ideas on how to structure such an event (when, where and how). Ideally, some time in April would be preferable.

Relic Run is in April and effectively the majority of participants camp. This could create an opportunity if cooking might be possible (for example, egg in biscuit as a breakfast offering). Clearly, I am shooting from the hip since I don't know if the chapter is attending in force and equipped well.

Hi Larry,
In my opinion and my opinion only, doing something locally would allow more of our members to participate and that would be preferable.
No issues hearing from the peanut gallery.
