Jonathan and fellow BCC members,
I picked up a thread seeking help from a fellow mudder to help
dis-assemble 3 Yurts for relocation to Savannah, Georgia.
The initial thread is from the Derailed Cruisers, Durango chapter.
I'm helping Jason to assemble a crew to help out. There are a few conditions that might limit our participation. The tear down might happen mid-week of April 7th. I have a three day weekend planned for April 11th -13th. Schedules are still in the planning stages but with enough notice and early enough maybe we can get a few extra hands to help out. Part of Jason's message to me is below. Camping and location are easy to get to. Google maps can show all yall exactly where the job site is. It's kinda between Ignacio and Navajo Lake, Arboles is the town.
Thanks in advance
James

Thank you for the feedback again. I was looking at my timeline and I was able to push the timeline to the right by a day and maybe two. But that still puts a tear down starting early Wednesday or Thursday. I will find out tomorrow for sure. I have some requirements back here in GA that I need to be back for so I'm not sure if I will be able to push it all the way to the weekend or not. I'm assuming that this would be a deal breaker for most if not everyone.
We would be able to stay on the property I'm sure. I just did a google recon of it and there appears to be a lot of vacant land on the property and next to some oil rigs. I will ask the owner tomorrow though. But if someone was to show up the night before tear down there would be no issue at all for staying in the yurt. I think we are staying in a hotel about 5 minutes down the road. It is nothing fancy but it has beds and a shower which is more than enough for us.
If you are bored and want to look the yurts are on Lopez road and hwy 151 in Arboles CO. I had no idea of her address and I was able to find them just by scanning the city on google.
Let me know if anyone else is/ would be interested in coming if it was not a weekend. I will likely buy the tickets in the next couple of days. I would love to meet up and see some of the cruiser crowd from the South West but as usual in the Army I never seem to have the flexibility in my schedule I would like. I will be leaving a brand new 1SG in charge of my company and I already feel bad enough as it is. I will likely be coming into work on my leave just to keep things moving.
