Help with O2 Sensor Part numbers

I searched around on the forum but found some conflicting information. I have the P0051 error which is the bank 2, in front of the cat. Can anyone confirm the Denso part number for this sensor for a 2005 LC? A couple of months ago I was referred to one chart that seems to show different numbers for the 2005 model year. Thanks for the help.

Thanks for the quick response. To verify, the month/year listed on the Denso site is based on the tag inside the driver door.
