Help pls-AC not shutting off (1 Viewer)

Hi all, please help.
AC not fully shutting off.

When I arrive home, I put the LC into park and hit the off button-but low air still blows. I feel it.
Also in the past when I hit the off button , a "fan Off"would come on the screen. And the air would clearly shut off.

Can you please help me with this problem. Thanks in advance
