Need some help with identifying a leak which I can't figure out.

1. Its not engine oil - checked via dip stick and visually
2. It doesn't seem like transmission oil - checked via dip stick , visually and by smell
3. Brake fluid - reservoir is full
4. Steering fluid - reservoir is full

The fluid is a thin, reddish and smooth to touch. Leak quantity more than 100 ml. With the plate off can't see the leak. When the engine is off or on.

Yeah that is it I guess!! Thanks !! Now can you give an idea it would be from where? The place shown in the picture?

recommend pressure testing cooling system and check where the leak is coming from.
