help needed - 3fe head

Guys,

A friend has a 3fe head that is leaking oil. This is in a strange place on the back on the passenger side, towards the fender. Looks like it can be tapped out or was some other sensor at some point. Getting a picture now. Anyone seen anything like this before on the 3fe?

Thank you! He is on it. Not sure what he will do to fix it.

Drill and tap then use double set screw inserts. Pretty common fix and should be lots of tutorials for a guide.
