Help ... Missing electrical parts?

View attachment 783262I was looking for the condenser fan relay - driver side front end, behind the lights...came across these two connectors.

The front bumper was replaced years ago after a fender bender, and I am wondering if the body shop forgot to connect something? All systems and lights etc are working fine. What could these be for? See pic

I believe those are for the LC style type of corner/signal lamps.

I saw somewhere that some 100s have headlamp spray/wipers that mine doesn't...so I thought the connectors could be for that too...
