Lists OME886 front coils and OME895 rear coils. 90000 front struts and 60004 rear shocks

Am I good to go?

Not to my knowledge. The OME 886/896 were designated "Heavy" (for use with greater than 150 lbs extra weight front & rear), 885/895 designated "Medium". At least, thats last info I have.

The 886/896 were officially removed for use on the FJC although many use them regardless of OME's advise...

Well damn.

If the springs are properly compressed and I've got steel front and back along with a front bud built plate and more on the way, wouldn't that warrant heavy front and rear?

We're the heavies discontinued or simply discouraged by OME?

I ran 886 coils on the front and and the springs were too heavy for the coilover shock. I blew several shocks and ARB/OME warrantied them once, then barely the second time- said sorry we don't recommend that combination anymore. To my knowledge, they still don't offer an official "heavy" option for the FJC.

Roger. Roger. Appreciate it.

Okay. Well. Have to see what they say tomorrow.

I'm assuming you're a hardcore wheeler. I've got steel front and rear however am simply seeking Heavy for longevity not necessarily hard use. At the moment, at least. Truck still a daily.

Like the kit to be able to hold up for several years until its a dedicated toy.

I agree with Rick, I found the 886's too stiff, not allowing as much articulation as I was looking for. I found the 885's worked well with my Demello/Warn 8k winch combo but ended up with Icon coilovers...

I had All-Pro bumper (1st gen), A-P front skid and a Warn 9.5 on the front when I ran the 886's. I now run Icon stage 1's and have the added weight of fender rub rails. The difference is night and day. OME's will get you lift and stop the nose-dive on braking, but quality coilovers will get that plus articulation and a smoother ride.

My experience also, going from OME to Icon (Donahoe).

roger....appreciate all the recommendations; however, this isn't my main hobby and i ain't exactly got 3K-4K to put into a kit plus wheels and tires.

i determined that the new designations for my springs is 2885 FRONT and 2895 REAR.

apparently, the 2885's are rated for 70-180 lbs (?).....or something close.

that'll be perfect. i've got 130 lbs up front with bumper and skid plate.
