Trying to find this previous owner of my 40 - it's all good!!! - his name is the last on the title I have in hand - thought it might be easier to locate him since his last address is in NC (2003) than to drive back to Virginia to the guy that sold me the 40. I didn't get the title notarized and now I'm finding I need to do that before going to the DMV. Seems maybe this 40 passed through several hands but the title was never updated. Looks like I just need to go back to the owner I bought it from.
Anyway - does anyone know of an Aaron J. Burke who lived in Sanford, N.C. around 2003?
