Help keeping my doors closed!

Doors on my LV won't stay closed. Had them on, off, up, down, etc. The strikers line up pretty good. Tried two kinds of weatherstripping. Broke a window yesterday slamming the back door hard to close.

Striker plates are worn but don't look terrible. Next step is to remake these with full teeth, but wanted to post up first. Doors catch fine and sometimes go to second position, but pop back frequently. How have you all solved this?

I had my DS door do that. I think it was a worn catch mechanism that would not allow it stay in the shut position. When I simulated closing by using a screwdriver as the strike,I could pull it open easily. Changed in a spare and it stayed closed fine.

I have never dismantled the catch to see exactly what wears or breaks inside them.
