after f**king around replacing the water pump today, i find myself short one of the bolts. as i take things off, the are put in plastic bags, labeled and sealed.....four bolts in........three hours later, one bolt gone! FxxxING GONE!!!!!!

why i got tossed out before i finished, i dont know.
anyway....toyota also gave me he wrong hose that goes from the pump to the bottom radiator hose. it will cover the pump tube and the rigid tube from the lower radiator only just enough to put a clamp on it. clearly not the right one.
so, im off to pep boys to try and find something i can use, but im effin pissed off about the pump bolt
DOES ANY ONE KNOW, WITHOUT A DOUBT, THE METRIC THREAD AND LEGNTH OF THIS BOLT? I can get them at Home depot, but i need to know the size.
otherwise, im out a truck until i can get toyota to order thae part monday, that means 400 bucks a day, without a work truck.
help!

No, don't know it exactly, probably something like 8x25 or 8x35

Take one of your other ones with you. If you don't want to do that, stick a drill bit or something else straight in the hole to see how long a one you need, then buy 3-4 in that length or shorter in different diameters. You can return the wrong ones later. Time is more expensive than money.

1m10 bolt
got an extra, just in case.
pep boys had this big wiggley radiator hose, enough where i can get three or for pieces out to replace toyotas fxxx up.
a few learned things that the haynes manual says that you need tp do but dont:
you dont need to remove the a/c belt. but you do have to remove the alternator and bracket, to get to the hose i mentiond
I had no problem getting the fan shroud out first. others said to take the shroud and fan off at the same time.
wish me luck. If my "better" half lets me work on it tommoriow, i might get it done
