Help! Cluster prob

Took the cluster out to replace a bulb. Now left side plug will not screw back in and cluster is barley connected and throwing a code. It feels like the bolt or nut is stripped. Any ideas how to fix.

R U talking about the instrumentation cluster? I think I did a write up on the easy way to do it before. Will have a look.
