Help! '93 LC $9900?

I just joined and hope this is the right place to ask this.

I am thinking about getting an LC and found a '93 for $9900 w/115K miles. I am familiar with cars (not LC's unfortunately) and can wrench on a vehicle ok. But I haven't seen it in person yet; I thought i might go look at it tomorrow--its at a used car lot. It has the regular options--moonroof, a/c running boards. I have ran a Carfax, for whats that's worth, and it comes out clean. My question is..if it is clean with no damage and looks to be stock..is this a bad price? I'm thinking it will sell for $8-8500. Is this high? BTW..it's green. I saw that commented on here that all the LC's for sale are green..lol..this must be true.

What kind of stuff should I look out for? It has service records that the oil was changed regularly and brakes done not too long ago. Help! I need y'alls collective knowledge!!

Edit: Oh..I'm in Charleston SC, if that matters for price..and plan to be towing about a 5K lb boat with it. It has a receiver hitch installed.

Dunno too much about 80s myself, but Slee Off Road has a bunch of good info on his site. Also, run some searches on this site on almost anything you wanna know and you'll find some info on it. Here's some links:

Price is right in the range of what they sell around here (Utah) for that year with those miles. I've seen higher, I've seen lower. Good luck.

Does it have lockers? If not, I would pass. There are plenty of 94-96 cruisers in Georgia for under 10,000.

Well i went and lookd at it. Several dents, cracked leather, faded purple tint, faded paint. I didn't even get to the locker part; I didn't need to.

I think I'll keep checking on line and maybe on here for another.
