I am reinstalling the 3rd row on my new to me 2013. The reels are fully retracted. How do I get them to release?
Help! - 3rd seatbelt reels.

Well, 12 hours later finally got FSM downloaded. Searched through it. No help.
Found this:
The problem was the belt reeled too far in when it was removed from the vehicle.
I held the reel mechanism in the position it would be in the vehicle and pulled/wiggled on the belt for 15 minutes before it would finally fully unreel.
