Don't know if you're supposed to do a hello thread, but even though I've been reading for a month or so decided to do one on a whim.

I'm Caladin (real name Eric) one of Kling-ons brothers (the one in Austin), I'm driving and fixing on his green 76 FJ-40 with the Chevy V8 in it.

Despite the fact I've been tinkering with it for almost a month, You'd be pretty hard pressed to notice a difference, Mostly It's been little stuff and electrical.

I'm totally new to Fj40's, though I used to own his Brown, 60, back when it a a pure street rig. I'm pretty new to wrenching, though enjoying it. Even the Electrical... Which is the Majority of what I've been doing.

@ Daniel _ I started reading here after that post, just never said howdy especially. Missed last month bbq meet because I had the seats and stuff out to get at the top of the transfer case. Hoping to make it out this month.

@lakerat, As brothers go I could have done a lot worse than Joel, I'll keep him.
