Hey, Well I have never post on here before, and to meet more fj owners since there are not many in my area that I know of. Well im in Anaheim and I got a 77 fj40 on 35s soa. ps. locker and a few other mods. And soon to have my new 72 home sat :D. Hopefully I could go to one of you meeting to meet new people.

well whos jerry l`ecuyer? I guessing hes the one that's going to have the Christmas party? He lives 0.51 miles away from me. Does he have a whiteish fj40? I may have seen it like 2 times around my house

Jerry lives in Anaheim and has a white FJ40 along with a brown FJ60. The x-mas party is at his house...
 
okay, I think i seen it. i believe he was driving a RV and flat towing his fj40 last week? Pretty cool. I'm not sure if hes on here ih8mud . If someone could maybe let him no i live like a block a way from him. Would nice to met him. any of you guys are welcome to stop by when you guys are going to christmas party or something

Wow, you have your work cut out for you, (no pun intended!)

I currently have a full FJ-60 roof and pillers in the back of my pickup truck. My 60 will be going in for major surgery ... it will be getting a roof transplant operation.

Hope to see you at the Christmas party. It will be on Sunday December 16th anytime after 5pm.

Wow. didn't think the 60 roof was that bad. (i didn't see rust on it) I'm pretty sure I could make the Christmas party Jerry. Need ALOT of work to do to it. trying to make the 1f run this weekend. turns over nice. Its off the trailer now. and could start working on it more. Hopefully by the end of the week i could go to get stel.

Eric,

I didn’t think the roof rust was so bad either, but the body shop said it would be more cost effective to start with a rust free roof and only deal with the pillars. I have stripped out the seats, carpet and removed the front winch bumper making the 60 ready for the body shop. I am going to turn it in this week. Sure going to miss driving it!

Tony, I'm going to take the 40. There is still a lot of work before the 60 is on the road again. Boy, I miss driving it. MY current daily driver is a 2500 Dodge Diesel boat! Well, at least it feels like it after driving the 60.

Eric, I'll try to give you a call this weekend if I get all my chores done!
