Anybody want a bumper/Bull bar? The second picture in this thread is a good photo of it. Thought I'd check local before posting. Winch is not included - price is free.

Humm??? How much are you looking to get out of it. I assume it would work on an earlier 40 but would have to do some checking.

I was hoping to get a 4 pack of beer out of it, but I am willing to negotiate down.

It fits on the frame - I am headed to KC tomorrow where the rig is (getting ready to stab a new engine in Wednesday I hope). I will - wait I might have one on my phone.... got it!

It was mounted to this configuration of the frame - I can't think of the term for those triangle parts that are bolted to the frame that holds an OEM bumper - but I didn't have/use those.... just what you see.

Well I can certainly swing a 4 pk. I have the OEM PTO winch mounted up there but it appears that it should "straddle" that. PM me if you decide to bring it back from KC and we'll work it out. I may even hit that mechanic of yours up to see if he can help plug some leeks in my tranny and transfer case this winter.

Not 100% sure if I bring it up this trip or maybe next - first priority is to get my engine fully rebuilt today and tomorrow and back in - then chase everything down to break it all in. bumper will go one after we are all done with the engine bay and putting Yellr back together.

Frankly if you want to test it and see if you like it - fine by me - would rather it lived on vs going to metal scrap.

Mark is good with engines etc - he admits transmission is not a strength - I was thinking of sending mine to Valley Hybrids in CA over the winter- seen his work posted throughout MUD for tranny, diff, etc. I might be able to make work trips that way and just drive everything and drop it off vs shipping. Anyway - that is what I am thinking - can keep you posted if you are interested too.

If your ever wrenching and want company, let me know.

I may see when I get mine running and back about meeting at the BBQ place in Ashland or something for the Lincoln Cruiser people.

And in Omaha is great too. Anyway will keep you posted etc.
