WE are having out monthly T.L.C.A. national club call in meeting, and we have you guys listed as a current, active chapter.
First, is that correct? and second, would it be possible for you guys to find someone that will become your club rep for these call in meetings, so that we can get better representation from the individual chapters on the calls?
If you can get someone to become your club rep on the calls, let me know who that is, get me an email address, and I'll get them added to the correct mailing lists, so that they can receive the emails regarding call in info.

mostly no big deal. but, as a national club, we have to have a certain number of reps present to make a quorum. but, we have barely been making the number needed, and we missed out on the quorum last month, and just made it this month.
while the call is not usually a big deal, being on the call, and present to vote, is huge!!!
so, thanks a ton, and we will be very excited to have you guys represented on the call. we really will.
