Hello all, I'm fairly new to mud. Recently sold my fjc 2007 and picked up an 80 series lc 95 year and love that rig. Anyways after selling the FJ and getting the 80 I realized definitely not an everyday drive. I mean I could drive it daily but kind of rough coming from a FJ cruiser. So I was looking to find a low mileage fjc or a 2015 4Runner. So family member decided he did not need his lx470 2007 year and I decided to buy it off him. Bought it and it puts a smile on my face everything I drive it. Love the 4.7 on it! Now when people tell me my fjc was underpowered I know what they meant! Loved the fjc and was having sellers remorse until I found the lx470. Here she is 2007 lx470 29,774 mileage white collar.

looks like some nice rigs. I'm in SoCal too. Near Big Bear. Are you going to keep the LX 470 stock or build it? I'm in the process of building my lx470 right now.

I'm planning on building but just enjoying the feel of it at the moment I don't think I'll wheel the lx as much as I will wheel the 80. But definitely trying to look around here to get ideas for a lift! I got a house near big bear actually when I do come up there from burbank area maybe we can meet up and go wheeling

absolutely. My 80 could do the extreme stuff but the LX 470 will be a very mild build. John john bull and the hammers will not be an option for the LX 470. I could probably run Deep Creek, Holcom creek, and Gold mountain once I have the suspension all dialed in and the armor all done.

To be honest I'm thinking the same. I want to build the lx because I know it's super capable and comfortable at same time. But the 80 will be a rig to wheel mostly and Sunday cruise. I can't chose between them 2. When I drive the lx there is no looking back but the 80 is fun to drive especially after not driving it for a few days ! But I freaking love the 4.7 vvti

I'm glad though I got the 100 series! People were telling me to get the jeep jk but it doesn't even compare to the drive plus the reliability
