Everything I have bought has been shipped immediatly at going rate and has been a as stated product....

Charged me for shipping once when it was supposed to be free.

Charged a friend of mine a huge "pallet fee" when he ordered some tires with free shipping. He ordered by phone and they didn't tell him about the fee, just told him the total for the tires themselves and confirmed that shipping was free. He noticed the fee when his credit card was charged.

I ordered a Pro-Comp snatch strap during the recent sale - it shipped about a month later, which was not a big deal as they were swamped with orders. But they didn't send me an order confirmation by email nor a shipping notice by email and then ignored several emails I sent them asking about the order and then lied to me when I called them on the phone about it ("it will ship tomorrow" they said when they were clearly out of stock - it shipped weeks later).

I don't like that they charge my credit card immediately when I order something, even if they don't ship until weeks later.

No big deal, I'm just done giving them business.

I picked up a set on Ebay for around $30 but that was a few years ago.
