I've got a 4 terrain, not entirely happy with it, though my car has way more torque than stock and I run 35'' tyres. It doesnt disengage that well and shifting isn't great unless your used to it, and it slips when given a hard time in low range 3rd.

What are you planning on switching to?
Car is no longer a daily driver so I will deal with it and take it a little easier in low 3rd, any replacement would be around $700 for the clutch alone, I cant justify that at the moment.

What are you guys paying for the Exedy Sports Tuff, just the cover/pressure plate and disc
Can you get insurance? That is in the ballpark I was quoted. The problem is that air shipping from Oz to the west coast of North America (Canada) adds another $300 to that. I would be content with using slower cheaper Sea Mail, but they do not use tracking numbers, so if it does not show up - I guess I am out of pocket..
Spoke to Exedy U.K. today. They don't supply the safari or sports tuff clutch kits in Europe. Can get standered kit for 415 euro + 23% sales tax from Exedy agent in Ireland. Does anyone in Aussie know of a dealer who would ship to Europe.
Thanks Rosco - I sent off an email to roodogs for a shipping quote.
