Go genuine and new. Been down this road before. The valves aren't cheap but it's nice to have a new one. No leads here but I'd try every cruiser shop you can think of in NA. Someone's gotta have one sitting on a shelf but 90% of these people are busy running their business and not checking this thread.

You have a decent chance getting a hold of one but it may take an hour of your time sitting down calling cruiser shops.

Having part numbers helps the process

You will find that diesel parts and "quick turnaround " are going to be hard to say in the same breath despite the efforts of a few on this side of the pond.
