Old heat (coolant) underhood shut off valve. Of course no valves are available but I remember seeing someone had made one out of plumbing parts with a 1/4 turn valve. Has anyone changed out the old treaded valve with a 1/4 turn metric valve? If so what are the sizes and wear did you find metric sizes?
