Heater controls

Does anyone know what country the below aircon controls are from. They are in the same place as my tape deck. I am trying to track a unit down. I am UK baseed and never seen it before.

It's a russian photo so I would think domestic russia/east european. Also Japan has this. It's what the non nav-cars came with. I thought there was a non-nav option in the uk.

As well that "nav" unit is an aftermarket option from a Russian company. IIRC, there are some issues with importing their design to US trucks but nonetheless it's more reason to think this is a RU truck.

Mexico has the same controls.

We are having the exact same issues with a recent headunit upgrade. We replaced it for a Pioneer unit, and have lost the following functionality:

Front climate control
Rear climate control
Rear demist
Front windscreen ventilation (including quick-clear)
Heated mirrors
Rear fan boost
Trip computer
Clock
Alarm/immobiliser indicator
Electric aerial control

Let us know if you've made any progress, or if you have a part number for that illusive Climate Control Unit!!!
