That's a good question and I'm not sure. The four mounting holes and the heater line hole in the firewall look the same as a LHD truck, but I've not compared exact measurements. Maybe someone else here knows?

No because the big duct has to run from the other side,bottom parts are the same but the upper plastic has the air coming in from either side depending on driver position.
