Headlights and hazard lights not working

So last night there was a power cut and I had to give a generator a jump start. In doing so something happened and my head lights and horn was working properly. My horn would continuously sound if i touched it or if i turned on the switch for my train horn. in order to stop it i had to press the horn again. I solved the horn issue by disconnecting the battery and everything works now except my hazard and headlights. my indicators work and my park lights work. I also tested the fuses and found them to be okay. I tried testing the power to the head lights but I wasnt getting any. Im not sure what else to check or what to do.

Has this happened to anyone before and is there anything I could do to fix this as I dont have money for an electrician right now
