We'll (plus wife and dog) be doing the usual touristy things: Badlands, black hills, etc. If you're a local, please let me know of some cool places to check out (wheeling, hiking, camping, etc). Departure from Chicago area will be Sat., May 22nd, 2004. Would love to see other fellow Cruisers. We have no particular place to go or schedule to keep :D

Thanks.

Ali

Wispering Pines Campground is where the Dakota Teritory Cruisers have The Black Hills Cruiser Classic. Nice place, fairly central to everything. http://www.dakotacruisers.com/ They may be having some Pre Runs since the event is in july

Crazyhorse was cool. there is one day you can hike onto the monument, ight up to its face. I'm not sure when it is, but you may be lucky.

There was also a fish hatchery. I think it may be the oldest in the country. It was worth an hour stop. It was over near Spearfish Canyon, and Free! Also the museum in Deadwood I think is free.

Its a hour or so away, but Devils Tower is pretty cool.
