What type of headers is everyone running?

Stock.

The only aftermarket option that I know of is JBA, and it requires a lot of work to put in.

Someday when I'm rich I might get one, but the small benefits just aren't worth it to me right now.

I got the exhaust but i ripped the tip off in moab sounds great and everything fit perfect on the install but i don't like where it comes out...JBA is sending me a new tip!
and i'm doing some small mods to it

I'm pretty sure Doug Thorley makes some Long Tubes for the FJ.

I am running the JBA headers and the cat-back exaust and Airaid air box. But I really didn't see the performanve gains until I put the Unichip system in. Then all the mods really came together and it performs better and gets better mileage.

If you can afford it, it really makes a difference.

I have the JBA headers and exhaust and I'm happy with it. I agree about the Unichip. I had mine custom tuned and got over 15hp more than an untuned unichip. The dyno charts are up on the blue forum. The Thorley Long tube headers and the JBA shorty headers are the only ones available for the FJ that I know of. The long tubes will be more powerful, but they make your rig illegal for street use. I think you loose a couple cats. They are, however, completely bolt on, so you can switch over with relative ease. The JBA install requires some minor welding. But to answer your question, YES I have them and I like them.
