Just checking.. Does anyone run a "Universal" flat mount third brake light they're happy with? Anyone have a recommendation? I'd prefer LED. Short height. Would mount to the back of the headache rack. Any preferences on brand out there? Would it be best to incorporate reverse or bed lights into it as well?
ANy input appreciated..
Since i'm still wiring the rear section of the harness now is the time.

Yeah I know its me - you know on that rig of mine I was going to install the small round LED lights on the top corners, the one's found on eBay. My friend has the bumper brake light strip completely weatherproof with L/R turns with back up lights on his pick up truck that looked pretty good all around. I bought one on eBay, 30 something inches, and installed in the area shown in the photos. Put a waterproof quick connect on the power/ground ends so if I have to remove the rack or box, it will be with ease. Semi hides the wiring. They are very bright are high enough that hopefully that small car behind you will see them. Hey, that's my 10 cents worth of an idea. Oh the picture, that's me at work.....
You take care.
