At least I think its a relay. It's the big square one in the fuse box that says "HEAD" on it- Hence my prophetic subject line. So that's what happened. Anybody ever heard of that? I pulled it out and reseated it and it seems to have stopped for now and I am recharging the battery overnight.

Have at it gents!

I had this exact scenario a month ago after a hard rain. My sunroof drains were clogged and water got in, and wetted one of the computers. The relay clicked non stop and other weird stuff was happening. I immediately disconnected the battery and let everything dry out. I also cleared my sunroof drains, and all is well now.

I recharged the battery and pulled the headlight relay and it starts right up and runs fine. If this relay goes bad could it cause a parasitic drain like that or is it likely to be something else? The relays are cheap but no point in buying one if it isn't the problem.
The wife said she heard it something buzzing under the hood but I'm sure if it was the relay or not. I never heard that but it clicked all night and killed the battery when connected. Haven't cleaned the roof drains yet...not sure how.
