Was seriously thinking of pulling the head on the F145, is there a shop in town you guys would recommend to rebuild an old Toyota head and what parts should I try to source from Cruiser Dan?

I've been quoted everything from $125 to $400 for a valve job in this town. It's been cheaper and easier for me to go buy one off the internet lately, than to get work done locally.
POORBOY has a machine shop in Douglas County and his prices are the best I've seen, but you have to drive to BFE to get there.

I had Auggie do my 80 series head a couple of years ago. No complaints at all, but I'd give a 'Mudder the first chance next time.
