My local experience here in hellbilly Ohio is same as OTRAMM. $200-ish to strip down head, hot tank, mill, reassemble w/ new seals. No shims needed changed, no guides needed replaced, no seats needed cut. These have been heads that were not damaged, just suffering from the premature HG failure.
