Head light housing 8115004163 vs 8117004163

I am going to replace the headlight housing on my 2006 Tacoma (access cab) as the lens is really cloudy and polishing it only goes so far. There are two head light housings 8115004163 vs 8117004163 for one side.

I tried to find the number on the current ones but could not see it just the notes for the lamps.

Anyone know the difference?? I'll replace both left and right. Thanks.

Dont really see any telling details.
My guess is that one comes with bulbs.
One is listed as an assembly, the other is listed as a unit.
