Hdj100 4.2 td muffler for turbo,d 3b

I cant see it being any problem.If it can handle the exhaust flow from a turbo 6 ,its should easly handle the 3B turbo.
However I wouldnt go to the dealer and buy the muffler from him.There are others who would sell a performance muffler with the same specs at a much lower price.

But if you have used muffler from a wreck,why not?

My theory based on dummy knowlege was that the exhausts stream 4.2td off a hdj100 is more powerfull than that of a turbo,d 3b and the heavy 4.2 td dont suffer from the backpressure of that big muffler in the way a weaker turbo,s 3b would so thats why i asked.

I dont know about wreck mufflers i can get a new oem one for less than 200us so than i know im good for the next 10 years

Performance mufflers are never as quite as oem ones so for me no option.

But i guess the hdj100 4.2 td muffler would do a quite good job

I got a less restrictive sports muffler for my FJ73 and it was not loud.
When the exhaust passes through a turbo,the turbo itself helps quieten the noise

Ok then,ill try the hdj100 4.2td muffler (orderd it already) with some simons straight thru mufflers (i like quite)
