I have 3 sets available already milled with the soft shackle radiuses.

They're not "rated" no.

However similar configurations exist made out of 3/8" material and are rated.

I see no real need to get them rated when I ran simulations on solidworks and there's more than sufficient comps out there made out of thinner material.

Per post #3, do these clear the ARB box? I have bought several that said they would and didn't end up doing so. Do you have measurements from the hole center to each edge? I want to verify they will clear my ARB box. If so, I will purchase immediately.

I have multiple customers running these with ARB bumpers, You will need a spacer and longer bolts for this application.

I can whip some spacers up in a few days time for $50 additional.

I have spacers already, and the longer bolts. I just need the shackles. Send me an invoice for 1 pair of the powder coated, and I will give these a go.

Got it.

w/re simulation: what is the material? what is the thickness?

I can then do some hand calcs to determine working and max loads for my application.

A36 Steel @ .5" thickness with 90⁰ bend

Calculations I ran had a straight line pull WLL over 14,000 lbs for one.
