Hauling a canoe

Interested in buying 09 Double cab Tacoma and would like to know best ways or pics of putting a conoe on top. Does the factory roof rack work or is aftermarket better? I thought of buying a canopy with a roof rack but I wasn't sure if the canoe would be centered enough over the truck. Any pics or experience would be appreciated before I buy.

I have a brochure from the local CapIt Canopy store that has the aftermarket ones as well. Anyone tried the factory rack out yet? Or will a canoe work with a canopy with racks?
